Ambalika Banerjjee, an alumna of the LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law program at Jindal Global Law School, has been appointed as Director – Trademarks and Brand Protection at Unilever.
Banerjjee brings with her over 17 years of extensive experience in intellectual property law. Prior to this appointment, she served as Global Lead Counsel – Trademarks & Copyrights at UPL, a role she held for more than six years. Her professional journey includes significant roles at GNP Legal, Anand and Anand, Kochhar & Co., and other leading firms.
Banerjjee has been deeply involved in shaping and executing IP strategies that align with business goals. She holds a degree from the of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She earned her LLM in IP and Technology laws from O.P. Jindal Global University.
