Ogilvy & Mather India reported a modest uptick in revenue from operations for the calendar year 2024, clocking ?443.11 crore as against ?433.76 crore in the previous year, marking a 2.15% year-on-year growth, as per financial statements submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
However, its other income witnessed a sharp decline of 23.32%, falling to ?6.40 crore in CY24 from ?8.34 crore in CY23. As a result, the total revenue for the year stood at ?449.51 crore, up just 1.67% from ?442.10 crore in the previous year.
Total expenses rose 4.55% to ?310.53 crore, compared to ?297.01 crore in CY23.
Consequently, the agency posted a profit of ?112.44 crore in CY24, slightly lower than ?116.51 crore reported in the previous year, reflecting a 3.50% year-on-year decline. While core operations remained stable, the dip in other income and the rise in expenses weighed on overall profitability.
