Fever Network Elevates Hrishikesh Kannan and Rohini Ramnathan to Key Leadership Roles

Fever FM has strengthened its leadership team with the elevation of Hrishikesh Kannan (popularly known as Hrishi K) to the role of Chief Solutions Officer – Fever Network, while he continues to serve as National Brand Head – Radio One International. With close to three decades of experience across radio broadcasting and branded content leadership, Hrishi K has been instrumental in expanding the network’s capabilities in branded solutions, IP monetisation, and client integrations. In his new role, he will focus on building integrated experiential offerings and deepening strategic brand partnerships across the network’s platforms.

Reflecting on his journey, Hrishi K noted how the radio industry’s evolution has reshaped Fever Network into a 360-degree content hub. He spoke about progressing from an on-air host to leading Radio One nationally and later steering branded solutions and IPs across the West and South markets experiences he says have culminated in his current appointment. Expressing gratitude for the opportunity, he shared his excitement about leading a passionate team while continuing to grow the network’s business and partner value. Alongside this appointment, Rohini Ramnathan has been promoted to Chief Content Officer – Fever Network, overseeing content across Fever FM, Nasha, and Punjabi Fever, while also assuming the position of Creative Director – JustTooFilmy. Rohini described the role as a milestone in her long association with the network, which began when she became the first voice of Fever FM at its launch in 2006. She highlighted the organisation’s culture of experimentation and innovation as a constant source of inspiration and said she looks forward to helping define the next phase of radio at a time when creative leadership will be more important than ever.

These leadership changes follow the departure of Sharat Bhattatiripad, who recently stepped down from his position as National Brand Head – Fever. Commenting on the network’s refreshed leadership structure, Ramesh Menon, CEO – Radio & Entertainment, said that with audio and content formats rapidly evolving, the company is investing in leaders who are equipped to guide this transformation. He added that both Rohini and Hrishi bring strong creative and strategic perspectives that will help drive growth across new digital formats, enhance the network’s YouTube and video presence, and offer more robust, integrated solutions to brand partners  marking a significant step forward for Fever Network.
