BCCI seeks ‘Expression of Interest’ for IPL media buying

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued an Expression of Interest for appointing an agency for IPL 2025 media buying and strategy. 

The EOI is being issued for pan-India media buying and strategy for IPL 2025, channelisation of budgets across TV, Radio, Digital, Print, OOH, and outdoor innovations.

The interested parties have been asked to submit a detailed media plan and strategy for IPL 2025 within a budget of Rs 30 crore. 

The deadline to express interest is 10th March, and for submitting proposals it is 13th March, 2025. 

Earlier, in January BCCI had invited proposals for stadium signage services and management services for BCCI International Events, BCCI Domestic Events, Indian Premier League and the Women’s Premier League, through a tender process.

Accordingly, BCCI issued the Request for Proposal for Stadium Signage Production and Management Services (“RFP”) which provides the detailed terms and conditions governing the submission and evaluation of proposals.
