YAAP Appoints Vidooly Founder Nishant Radia as Head of Platforms

YAAP has announced the appointment of Nishant Radia, Founder of Vidooly, as its new Head of Platforms, signalling a decisive move towards building proprietary technology and scalable digital products.

In his new role, Radia will lead YAAP’s platforms and products charter, focusing on developing owned technology, data intelligence frameworks, and platforms spanning influencer marketing, content intelligence, brand performance analytics, and creator ecosystems. The leadership announcement coincides with the launch of YAAP’s dedicated Tech Hub in Noida, which will anchor the company’s long-term technology vision.

Calling the appointment a pivotal milestone, Dr. Atul Hegde, Founder of YAAP, said, “Nishant joining YAAP is a defining moment for our journey. Strengthening the leadership bench further, YAAP has also appointed Ajay Mishra, former Vidooly founder, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the entire YAAP Group. Mishra will oversee technology architecture, engineering excellence, data infrastructure, and the group’s AI roadmap, with the Noida Tech Hub serving as the foundation for this next phase of growth.
