The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas has appointed Vivek Pandey as its new Director of Food and Beverage, entrusting him with the leadership of culinary and dining operations at the luxury property. In his role, Pandey will oversee all food and beverage outlets, drive service excellence, and shape strategic initiatives to enhance the resort’s gastronomy and guest satisfaction.
With extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Pandey brings a strong track record of managing diverse dining formats, creating engaging guest experiences and supporting operational efficiency. His leadership is expected to refresh the resort’s menu offerings, strengthen service quality standards and introduce innovative concepts that align with evolving guest preferences.
