GroupM appoints Emily Del Greco as Global COO

Emily Del Greco has been appointed as the Global COO at GroupM.

“Emily’s deep operational expertise and experience driving innovation, market disruption, and growth will be invaluable as we continue to transform our business for the future,” GroupM said in the announcement. She joins in February and will be responsible for Operations, Partnerships, Strategy, and Corporate Development across GroupM.
Adam Gerhart, Toby Jenner, and Mark Patterson have also been assigned new roles as Global Chief Client Officer, Global Chief Business Officer, and Global President, Markets and Business Operations.

Adam will oversee major accounts and client engagement across all GroupM agencies globally. Toby will drive global development through growth, marketing, and cross-WPP integration projects. Mark will oversee growth markets in APAC, LATAM as well as key investment, offshoring, and sports and entertainment initiatives.
