Warner Bros Pictures (India) posted a total profit of Rs 7.20 crore for the year ended March 31, 2023, as compared to Rs 2.10 crore in the previous fiscal.Meanwhile, the revenue from the operations grew 35.01% to Rs 89.86 crore for the year ended March 31, 2023, as compared to Rs 66.56 crore for the year ended March 31, 2022.

The company’s total revenue grew 35.49%  to Rs 95.86 crore for the year ended March 31, 2023, as compared to Rs 70.75 crore for the year ended March 31, 2022.

Warner Bros Pictures (India)’s employee benefit expense grew 7.71% to Rs 12.86 crore in FY23 as compared to Rs 11.94 crore in FY22. The company’s Total expenses grew 33.53% in FY23 to Rs 90.59 crore against Rs 67.84 crore in the previous year.

On the other hand, the network's advertising promotional expenses for the year ended March 31, 2023, stood at Rs 23.80 crore against Rs 21.12 crore in FY22.

Warner Bros Pictures’s revenue from film rentals grew to Rs 88.06 crore in FY23 against Rs 66.30 crore in FY22 whereas licensing revenue was Rs 1.80 crore for the year ended March 31, 2023, as compared to Rs 2.55 lakh for the previous year.

During the Financial Year 2022-2023, Raas Taneja resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. November 30, 2022.  Arjun Nohwar was appointed as additional director of the company w.e.f. November 30, 2022 and regularised as director in the upcoming Annual General of the Company with the approval of Shareholders.
