It is a small ripple in the Rs 30,000-crore outsourcing wave currently sweeping our shores, but it promises to get much bigger. We've been hearing of IT outsourcing since the mid-1990s and the domestic IT companies have won enough laurels. But it's the publishing, media, market research, creative and digital outsourcing that's now catching the fancy of Indian shores.
