Nestlé India Amongst First Few Markets to Launch This Smartphone Connected Global Innovation
Nestlé India is pleased to introduce a global innovation NESCAFÉ É, a connected all-in-one travel mug and coffee machine, opening up new consumption opportunities for coffee lovers.
The NESCAFÉ É is a light and compact coffee machine, in the shape of a mug. It is easily portable, prepares a cup of coffee in a very convenient way adapted to people’s taste and preferences. India is amongst the first few markets in the world to experience this global innovation.

This state-of-the-art smartphone-connected coffee maker is operated remotely through its own dedicated smartphone NESCAFÉ É Connected Mug application (to be launched in the 1st week of October). Connected to the device via bluetooth, the application offers people the opportunity to customise a large variety of beverages.
The smartphone-connected coffee-making mug is compatible with products from the NESCAFÉ portfolio. The technology has been developed by Nestlé System Technology Center in Orbe, Switzerland. NESCAFÉ É uses a motor to infuse ingredients smoothly to create fresh NESCAFÉ instant coffee. Thanks to the robust technology in the 60-90 seconds it takes to prepare the coffee, you will hardly hear a sound.
The device comprises four parts- a mug, lid, frother and dock. It will be launched on Amazon followed by retail outlets such as Chroma, Reliance Digital and Crossword across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. The product will be available at a price point of INR 6499.
