exchange4media group is all set to host the 10th edition of Bangalore chapter of Pitch CMO summit on 4th July 2018 at Taj Vivanta, M G Road, Bangalore. The event is a flagship property of the exchange4media Group.

At the Pitch CMO Summit Bangalore, the best minds in the business come together to discuss and share their thoughts on the relationship between Customer Experience (CX) and building successful brands. They will underscore the influence of customer experience in building advocacy and value.

This year the theme for the Bangalore edition of the Summit is ‘I shop, therefore I am’. Today, an individual’s identity is largely defined by the brands he consumes. Hence, ‘I shop, therefore I am’. The summit will witness two panel discussions on the themes of ‘Is Technology Driving the Future of CX?’ and ‘Creating an Emotional Connect through CX’. The initiative is supported by the Advertising Club Madras, Advertising Club Bangalore and The Pepper Creative Awards Trust- Kochi. Other sponsor-partners include Vikatan and BTVI.

In our past event at Pitch CMO Summit in Mumbai that took place on 16 March, marketers discussed the challenges of interfacing with the connected consumer. The event was moderated by Vikram Tanna, VP, Head of Advertising Sales and Business Head of Regional Clusters, Discovery Communications India. The panel comprised Amit Tiwari, VP Marketing, HavellsSiddharth Banerjee, EVP, Marketing, Vodafone and Bhaskar Choudhuri, Director Marketing, Lenovo who discussed consumer experiences and managing consumer conversations on social media.

The Delhi Edition of the Summit took place on 3 May wherein the best minds in the business spoke about the art and science of effective listening.
