The mandate includes handling their Social Media Management (SMM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Online Reputation Management (ORM) and paid marketing services, a sizeable chunk of outreach given the size of the digital marketing services industry in an intensive consumer-facing segment such as healthcare.
