Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has unveiled its #Joyfulhomecomings social media campaign which aims to spread joy in merely Rs. 1. Though it seems impossible, the winner of the campaign will open the door to joy by owning a house, one of life’s most precious and emotional possessions.
Co-conceptualised by Gozoop, the campaign truly reflects the brand proposition of ‘Joyful Homecomings’, which illustrates the ease in home ownership as an enjoyable experience. This encompasses the delivery of thoughtfully designed homes and community spaces, hassle-free experiences, a portfolio of post-handover services and the creation of vibrant communities that augment the living experience for residents.
The campaign will encompass non branded GIF and DVC of vox pop video where general public is asked ‘How would you spread joy in ₹ 1’.
To participate in the contest, one must share answer to a simple question, “What does #JoyfullHomecomings mean to you?” and tag three friends. The most innovative answer will later receive a chance to own a home in just Rs.1.
