Usha has emerged yet again as the number one most trusted Indian consumer durables brand in the ‘Most Trusted Brands 2017’ annual survey released recently. The brand is also featured amongst the top 100 brands that are loved and trusted in India.
This survey identifies brands that have the consumer’s trust. The attributes that were researched were quality, value for money, worthy of recommendation to friends and family and understanding consumer needs. Conducted by AC Nielsen, this survey remains amongst the largest researches of its kind in India, with a sample size of 6059- distributed across socio- economic classifications, age, income and geography.
