KENT RO TO COME UP WITH A CHAIN OF 10 EXPERIENCE CENTRES

The Purifier Brand, Kent RO Systems Ltd, is on an expansion spree. After successful inauguration of its first experience centre in DLF Mall of India Noida, the company has come up with yet another Experience centre in Lajpat Nagar. Being christened as Kent Experience Centre, the centre will not retail any product but act like a brand showcase and consumer experience place.

The company claims that the centre is its first ever foray in India. The centre stands out for its sheer size, grandeur, and fusion of modern aesthetics and technology. It is being positioned as a one-stop destination to experience the complete range of KENT RO Systems Ltd. The Experience Centre hosts Kent RO’s complete product line, right from Water Purifiers, Air Purifiers, Vaccum Cleaners, Oxygen Enhancers to Kent’s new Smart Chef range of innovative kitchen appliances.

The aim of setting up such experience Zone is to offer users a more convenient way to physically experience and understand the products. This step will further help the brand to establish a direct connect with the consumers and introduce them to the extended portfolio of Kent products where they can see and understand the innovation behind the brand and the products.

Revealing about the expansion plans, Dr Mahesh Gupta, Chairman, Kent RO Systems Limited said, “We are planning to open 10 new Brand Experience Centres by the end of this year in Delhi NCR. Two centres have already been inaugurated, one in Noida and another in Lajpat Nagar. Next, on the charts is to launch the experience centre in locations including Gurgaon, ITO, and Lakshmi Nagar. These experience centres will communicate KENT RO’s product feel, features and values through live demonstrations.”

Further, the company is planning to launch multiple centres across India and also in the overseas markets. “Today’s customers want experiences, not just things. Consumers today are broadly catching on to the notion that experiences make you happier and are as valuable ‐‐ or more ‐‐ than buying fancy things, hence, this is a great way to establish dialogues with these new-age modern customers. The experience centre will also educate consumers about water contamination and how the Kent Experience Zone will help them in leading a comparative healthy life”, added Dr Gupta.
Kent sells its products through various distribution channels – Retail chains, Modern Trade outlets, CSD & Police canteen, corporate tie ups, Direct door to door marketing and E-commerce. Kent is present at around 12,000 retail outlets Pan India and has 3000 distributors, 300 Direct Marketing executive and a sales force of around 1500 sales persons.
