The countdown to the annual convention of Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMAGINE 2013) is coming to an end as the much-awaited event kicks off tomorrow at the Fairmont hotel in Jaipur. Set against the traditional backdrop of Rajasthan, the event will witness some power packed sessions by Indian and international speakers. The event which is to take place from September 5-7 is open to both members and non-members of EEMA and the major draw will be the EEMAX awards which will be presented on the closing day. Commenting on the convention and its picturesque setting this year, Brian Tellis, President, EEMA said, “The better elements are going to be the exotic venues that Jaipur has to offer. Traditionally we have been bound to places like Delhi, Bombay, Goa, etc., where we have not had any heritage value adding to the venues. But here because it’s Jaipur, we’re going to be exploring the sand dunes, the palaces, and so the venues are going to be new in terms of their freshness.â€
