Mass market TV advertising to dominate digital space in future: Roy De Souza

In an interview with Pitch, Roy De Souza, CEO of Zedo, talks about the prospects and challenges of Digital advertising in India. Roy talks about “mass market television advertisers” dominating the digital advertising space in the future. He goes on to say that the focus on Ad-networks will diminish in the future as players will alter the path of purchase and engage in direct procurement. Further, Roy talks about the scope of advertising on Mobile and what the future holds on that front.

The above was discussed on the sidelines of the Pitch Roundtable Conference on e-commerce, held on 30th August, 2012. The agenda was to discuss the growth prospective and challenges of the e-commerce industry in India and whether it is a bubble waiting to be burst.
